You can return the products purchased at www.seastonesart.com. You have 14 days to decide if the painting is right for you.
You may cancel this purchase within two weeks of receiving it, without giving a reason, in writing by email:
The painting must be returned to Salena ARH Ltd. address in proper condition and packaging. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send us a cancellation notice via email or the painting in a timely manner.
Refund Options
We offer only one method of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:
• Money refund.
• We will refund the amount you paid for the purchase.
• If the condition of the painting is impaired, you may be required to provide compensation for its value.
• This does not apply to deterioration of the packaging if it is due to unpacking for inspection - similar to that in a physical store.
• You can avoid compensation for loss of value of the painting by not treating it as your property and refraining from actions that could reduce its value.
How to Return a Purchased painting
• Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
• Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.

The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you.
What Happens Next
We will send you an email as soon as we receive the returned painting.
• A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
• If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. if there are any scratches, damaged edges of the frame, broken stones, etc.) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
• If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive money refund within 14 business days.
• If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance of your credit/debit card.
• If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
• Our obligations to refund your amount will be fulfilled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the painting by us.
If you received a painting damaged in transit
• Please notify us of this by emailing rada@seastonesart.com
• Please send us a photo of the damaged painting as soon as possible after receipt.
• Repack the item in the original box and packaging.
• Take your shipment to any post office and obtain proof of postage.
• Send us the tracking number of the shipment.
